OCZ's Neural Impulse Actuator: The Brain Mouse

OCZ's Neural Impulse Actuator(NIA) is placed on the users forehead and uses a combination of muscle movements, eye movements, and EEG readings to work its mind reading magic.
The device is mainly meant for to be used with games, and is said to take some getting used to. Its not as simple as just placing the device on your head and being able to have the same range of motion as a standard as a regular 20th century mouse. After a few hours training most users should feel fairly comfortable with the device, and eventually the response time should be slightly better then your current mouse.
OCZ's Neural Impulse Actuator is designed for processors with multiple cores and will run you about $300.
